Returns Policy

Coleman's believes in supplying our customers with only the best products the office supply industry has to offer. However, we do realize that problems can occur and mistakes do happen. So, if you need to return a product please follow the guidelines listed below and contact one of the two retail locations that service your area.

 

Office Products

Regular stock office supply products in their original (like new) packaging may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Item must contain all manuals, accessories, etc. Special ordered, non-stock office products are non-cancellable and nonreturnable.

 

Ink/Toner/Technology

Technology items may be returned in the original, unopened package within 30 days. Technology items consist of, but may not be limited to, ink jet and toner cartridges, shredders, business machines, printers and monitors. Empty or non-refundable ink and toner will be picked up free of charge to be recycled. 

 

Furniture

Furniture may be returned in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Special order, manufacturer-direct, custom and preassembled furniture are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Refunds for credit card purchases will only be refunded to the same card used for the original purchase.

 

MISC

* Shortages must be reported within 5 days

* Defective Merchandise must be reported within 5 days

* Concealed damage must be reported immediately

* Educational books purchased are non-returnable under any circumstances

  

Coleman's Office and School Products reserves the right to deny any return.
